Unpopular opinion: this is (probably) a slightly over priced, but decent cable for a charming, overrated and over the hill headphone long past its expiry date.

Whoever buys this probably feels real bad about missing the Tripowin Granvia drop (40$ plus you choose termination and, imo, looks better)

Well you can buy the same from hart audio cables for 61 bucks plus shipping and tax 70 bucks. If you like the Paracord wrap and red. I checked all over Amazon. I ordered 4 different sets and returned them all due to the noise that comes through the cans when the cable runs against something.
I ordered these , I paid 99 bucks , and they are great. They are supple rubber and braided well. The metal tip connectors at the headphone and amp plug in tightly and haven’t had a problem with them since. The 4.4 is also metal and not some cheap plastic.
are they expensive, yes. Are they good , yes better than the cheaper options in build quality. Will they give you better sound, compared to really cheap cables yes. But you won’t get better sound than the 70 dollar ones. It will be a nicer quality build.
so the real question here is 70 for hart audio, plastic connectors good cable with paracord wrap in red or gray
or
rubber wrapped braided cable with metal connectors (aluminum I believe) well built and put together.

lexzboyI gotta say, I don't get the idea of spending $220 on headphones and then $100 on cables. Just save it for better cans

The original cable is balanced. Just saying. You can simply replace the original plug with a 4-pin XLR, preferably, a high-quality Neutrik.

Your tone-deaf response to my comment seems a tad on the canned side—about as relevant as your cables are to improving the performance of my cans.

Do not waste your money on this. You can find better quality cables for half the price or same quality for a quarter of it.
