I just purchased the headphones and according to the documentation and reviews it was supposed to have the 2mm foam for tuning. I only received the 2 different white pads and the black felt. Nothing was preinstalled. Just curious if other people had this experience also before I talk to support.

darkhorse160The thin black foam was on mine by default, the thick black felt and both single/double notch white filters were in the baggie with laminated description card.

darkhorse160I was missing mine too, sent an email to Dan Clark Audio support and they sent me a missing piece. Also, funnily enough, the tuning card explaining the foam / felt inserts mentioned Aeon instead of Ether in the text. Support said they will fix it in production soon.
