Product Description
The world’s first wireless headphone with a high-bandwidth Bluetooth audio codec, a THX AAA™ amplifier, and phase-correct planar-ribbon drivers (a combination we call the 3P Signal Path), Panda puts you closer to your music than ever before—wherever life takes you.
After 2 years of intermitent use, I finally stopped usen them for like a year. Later when i tried to re use them and connect them to bluetooth I wasnt able to.
Tried everything, but it simply stopped working, With a cable works just fine, but it isnt why I bought them, maybe battery issues? I dont know.
Something like should not happen to an item of this price.
Really could be summarized into - they are great! as long as you don't rely on the app to work...
paired them with my phone and computer vie BT but was never able to get them to work with the app... shame...
Planned obsolescence at its finest but fine audioquality tho.
I bought the pandas at the end of November 2020 and didn't use them very often over the past two years. They worked well until February 2023 when the right earcup fell off its hinge, just three months after the warranty expired. It seems like many others have had the same problem. I don't think this should happen for a product that costs so much.
Sound quality is great, if ANC isn't needed these are my go-tos. Quality is a little concerning though, mine still works fine but it seems like everyone else's pairs are breaking...
loved the sound quality, I mean LOVED. Really too bad something is not right with the board in these things, seems like everyone's pair bricks after long enough.
Overall my experience has been very pleasant and enjoyable. I've been daily driving them since they arrived with little to no issues. However I'm a bit concerned that they won't last me another year witch for the price would be an incredible let down. The hinge on my right ear cup has become floppier by the day at a noticeable rate since about 6 months in and now feels like it could just fall off at any moment if I'm not careful. I'm not sure what the warranty on these is like but regardless I'd like to have this fixed as they're still currently my favorite headphones. I've not complaints about the audio or connectivity but this mechanical issue is an impossible to ignore blemish upon an otherwise fantastic product.
After looking at them they broke off at the thin metal tube that connects the cup to the band. I ended up shoving the tube back in and using tape to hold it in place. Tho now they don’t sit perfectly without the swivel.
MR_a_FENThanks for the reply. I looked at mine a bit longer today and disassembled it a bit. Found a small crack on the metal plate that the thin metal tube/two screws go into. Was enough of a tiny crack that it created about 1-2 millimeter(s) of extra space at the swivel. Just so much wobble introduced by my problem.
Anyways, I'll probably try and super glue some 1-2mm material on the top metal part of the swivel in hopes to reduce wobble; that crack will probably just develop more due to the fix unfortunately.
I hope the temp tape fix makes your cans enjoyable enough to use more. Goodluck if you try anything extra after that too.
I absolutely loved these headphones for about a year and a half. But then out of nowhere they stopped charging and wouldn't turn on. It seems like a lot of people have the same issue. I've tried returning them since I'm still under warranty and they are no longer stocking them as they've been discontinued, but the support has been incredibly slow.
