Sucks had a bitter sweet experience with these headphones. They worked without fail for 4 hours. After charging them, they stopped playing audio through my left ear piece. This is a letdown especially knowing I may not be able to enjoy a repaired version during the holidays. :(
I’ve had the same experience, I had my first ones left side die on me and just recently had my replacement pair go out on the left side while listening. Not sure what’s going wrong but appears to be a consistent issue.
Thanks for the reply, good to hear that someone else had my issue. This is my first ever product from this website (3-4 months shipping on top of this experience). I just need to calm myself down right now and wait for Customer Support / Warranty / QC.
Does it happen when connected to BT or cable?
Bluetooth, both my android phone and Windows 10 Pro PC.
I have been contacted by Drop Support Sunday evening! They have some extra stock at their warehouse, so I will be sending back my defective pair, and hope for the best on my replacement. Will update once the new pair is received.
