I got it only used the wifi once for an update I only store the music on a micro sd card drives my god 6xx well and the kph30i perfectly I just can’t seem to find out how to use it has a dac has anybody found out how or am I reading the product description wrong.

Others have said it but I will reiterate! DO NOT BUY IT! The company is gone the website is gone there is no support no updates and as far as I e been able to work out tidal no longer supports it either! I will say it sounds great! While tidal was working I really enjoyed it but now it’s just a pretty brick. By the time I feel like purchasing and uploading music to it I imagine I’ll find some other software problem or something else! If drop is reading this maybe you guys can figure out a way to provide a minimum amount of support like software fixes or something cause otherwise selling these things is downright ridiculous!

I thought they went tits-up. Another user couldn't find echobox on the web anymore, they discontinued their site. I agree with giantfunkymonkey about their 'quality'. I have the finder x1 and wish I hadn't ordered it from Drop. Sound is very meh

I need to reiterate, do not buy this machine, it is garbage not worth 99p or 99 cents.. it will arrive broken and the company Echobox will not stand by its warranty, they will disappear.. Search on head fi, they are a nasty ass company, that treat their customers like dog turds.. Avoid avoid avoid, save yourselves money and stress and buy something else instead.. a brick would be better and cheaper

Have you tried downloading apps from Amazon? That is where I get the stuff I use, primarily Amazon Music Unlimited, Pandora Prime and SiriusXM for streaming. You have to go into the system on your player and allow it to use "outside" sources. I think somewhere here I gave a brief description of how to do so.

well i tried and cant get it to work, seems i cant get tidal to download because it says my browser is out of date, then when i try to download google chrome it wont open up, i get an error code that says net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME
