Exotac polySTRIKER Fire Starter (2-pack)

At just 4 inches long and only a half-inch wide, the Exotac polySTRIKER goes virtually unnoticed in a pocket, on a lanyard, or in a pack. To use it, first gather a small pile of tinder (it works best with dry grasses, wood shavings, cotton balls, etc.), hold the tungsten carbide striker in one hand and scrape it against the ferrocerium rod at an angle with medium force and speed, shaving material from the rod to create a spark. The ferrocerium rod is replaceable and provides over 1,000 strikes (10,000 strikes on the XL version). It even works when wet for rainy days.
Note: This drop includes two Exotac polySTRIKERs. At checkout, you will have your choice between the Regular and the XL version (lasts up to 10,000 strikes). Both are available in Black, Gray, and Orange.
