Engineered for flexible, high-fidelity amplification, the AM01 Headphone Amp from F.Audio fits a lot of features into a compact form factor. Starting with the amp circuit, the AM01 houses two OPA564AIDWPR and five OPA1612AIDR operational amplifiers to deliver low harmonic distortion and low loss, with impressive detailing across all frequencies. Taking 18 volts, this desktop-ready amp outputs a hefty 3 watts at 32 ohms—enough to power the most demanding headphones. Easy to configure with any setup, the AM01 features a balanced input and output, plus 3.5-millimeter, 4.4-millimeter, and 6.35-millimeter jacks, as well as RCA and 3.5-millimeter inputs.
