Does anyone know what type of Sommer Cable is used here? I like to DIY my cables and can get Sommer cable for a good price.

The item I just received is not 4-pin XLR balanced cable, it is 6.3 mm stereo plug ( the same cable selling for $19.99 on amazon), contact support for refund.

Wait, why do they claim these are originally 100 if you can get them right now on amazon for 20? Same cable, 20 off is really not much for a group purchase Drop, you should be able to do better if people have to wait so long to have it.

PedroGabrielLol, I'm buying all parts including original Neutrik stuff to make up my own cables and it still doesn't hit these insane prices. I think the end game of cables is simply making your own, it's not that difficult.

What is the easiest way to use it with 2.5 mm jack on DAP?

I bought this same cable at Amazon (albeit $20 more expensive) but returned it because it would neither fit my my HD6XX nor my HD600. I thought the rectangular plastic portion of the plug was the culprit, so I trimmed it but it didn't work. I was going to return that cable to Amazon anyway so I scraped it real bad with a scalpel. Lucky they have a good return policy...
Should I try again and buy this cable from Drop? Is this the same as the Fanmusic C6 cable sold at Amazon? If yes then I'll skip. I love my Sennheisers and I would not subject them to Colonoscopy with this cable. I know coz I just had my first procedure last month. The hole has never been the same. I swear NOT to have my HD-600/6XX violated the same way!

I hate throwing names of other companies on the comments section of a product page, but I can't stress for those who hate microphonics, to avoid paracorded cables. (And no not the silly microphonics of cables having their signal changed when in contact with things, I'm talking about simply touching a cable and you can hear it transmitted even if the headphone isn't connected to anything).
You can choose what length you want (I got the 9ft + an adapter so I can use it single-ended 6.3mm if I ever want for whatever reason). Simple great soft stock Senn cable, with Neutrik parts. And most importantly the stock headphone connectors that are also stock ones so no more fit issues.
