Just got mine and plugged it in, but the internal memory isn't coming up on my computer. Is there something special you have to do on the device to mount its internal memory and add music files to it? Edit: Nevermind, just figured it out. When you first connect it to USB, it automatically enters USB disk mount mode, then you must safely remove from the OS and then continue on the X3 to the main menu.
