After using it over the weekend, I noticed that my ears hurt for a while after using it. I did replace the earpads to the softer ones. I wonder if I did anything wrong? I'll put pictures when I get home, but is it normal for there to be a "bump" of metal in the earpads?

ZaenilleLook at this picture of the phones driver without a pad. The picture is about halfway down the page. There is one protrusion on the edge. When the Pandora VI first came out, several owners stuffed cotton balls or cotton dental rolls under the inner edge of the earpads to get their ears further from the driver cover. I still use cotton balls for comfort. Also, the phones need from 30 to 50 hours to break in and tame the treble.

WobulaterYes, I'm aware of what it looks like since I replaced the default earpads with the softer ones, but I'll try the cotton ball trick when I get back home :D
Thanks Wobulater.
