Hey Ray, add this to your conspiracy theory list - if you have one!!
On 7th July I sent three emails to Drop; one was harmless ,but two, well lets just say unusually for me I was probably ranting and raving by email standards.
I had checked and triple checked my visa transaction history, and still after three previous checks the refund for the Heritor watch was still not there. So before I would contact the credit company I had sent these emails.
But then I received an email the next day assuring me that a refund had been credited to my account on June 9th. So I took it at face value and when I checked guess what!!!! The refund was miraculously there in my credit transaction account on June 9th , I wish in hindsight I had taken some screen dump images when I had checked before as evidence!!
Anyway I am not totally sure it is Drop's fault as I think maybe somewhere along the line of electronic checking between them and the visa company maybe an electronic "prompt' occurred or something techy like it!! I would like to think I can still trust Drop,I hope!
But still according to Drop tracking I have three watches in transit, one from 12 weeks ago, showing as in Australia for the last 9 days waiting for delivery!! And also the same for another ordered 6 weeks ago. Maybe I have to break into DHL warehouse at the airport to retrieve them. The third is still in New York after being despatched 4 weeks ago!!! If you have bought the Glycine at Jomashop I don't blame you; because I have had two other watches delivered in the last three weeks from the U.S. within ten days!! As well as other products from China and even U.K. .....only 5 days; an Earnshaw sent from Exeter for my son. Shame I still like this Glycine ,and Jomashop just add on nearly $100 extra, so Drop is still cheapest for me.
So I conclude there is something very wrong with the shipping system currently with Drop!!! I should have been a detective LOL.
