LambdastormHave to disagree on the GL2000. Still using mine regularly and still love it, and yes I also own other high ends like Arya and HD800S. Maybe your set has some bad unit variance which seems like a very possible thing from what I've seen online since they came to light.
But, these GL850 are overpriced on here... you can get direct from manufacturer for like $350USD less which is a pretty substantial difference.

LambdastormTotally agree. Sold my GL2000s fairly quickly. To the untrained ear they sound good, but there is WAY better out there. The GL1200s run on something other than the interface box it comes with are the best sounding headphones I've ever heard in my life. Im curious how the GL850s compare to the GL1200s
