Alpha & Delta MK 2 USB-C and Lightning DAC Adapters
This doesn't work with the Drop Alt keyboard with either an Anker USB-C 2.0 cable, or an Apple USB-C cable.
It does work with the Adafruit Macropad. It also works with the Apple Magic Keyboard using a USB-C to lightning cable.
If your question is "how could I use this functionally with the Drop Alt keyboard?" then I think the answer is "you can't". If you want to connect that keyboard to a phone or iPad with lightning, I think you'll need the Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter from Apple, and it'll need to plugged into something (wall or battery pack) to power the USB port.
