Quality stuff, these. Reduces windchill on your noggin, keeps your noggin's warmth in your noggin, and does both of these even when damp (pretty standard for merino). I usually run pretty hot, but this badboi keeps my head hot enough to sweat in near/below freezing temps when I'm working hard. They are pretty thin, though. If windchill is a bigger factor in your area, don't expect these to do more than they can.

Great quality beanie, but these are very small. Too small for my liking. Does not fully cover my ears. I would return mine (cornice black) if I could.
