Hum took my money KS for his wireless NEVER saw a thing from it plus other merchandise I never received... Hum Unless I get everything I was promised before I would NOT give him ONE PENNY EVER again... He can tell me he was not the money man etc. all he likes... As he was the face of Trinity I could care less...

Got used version from official site, overall - pretty good IEM, but for 125 £, I would never spend for them usual price - 400 £. Especially after situation with Trinity when Bob was sending my order for few weeks and then I asked refund. I know many persons who were waiting for 40-50 weeks and  in the end were scammed by Bob and Trinity and now Bob opened new IMR company... https://youtu.be/l1h_XMouV7Q

are you sure? This information is not available on the official website, but "Bespoke 13.5mm Aten driver" is indicated on the R2 RED model (which is a closed version of Aten))

It's listed as 15mm in R2 Aten's thread at Head-Fi, although I don't know how accurate that info is. https://www.head-fi.org/threads/imr-r2-aten-thread.910206 Also, R2 Red's driver seems like a smaller version of the regular Aten driver designed exclusively for that model: > The R2 Red offers a isolated version of the R2 Aten chassis *with a new 13.5mm Aten driver designed to work exclusively with the closed design* Also note that every other IMR model starting from R2 Aten (except R2 Red) is built with a 15mm Aten driver: Rah, Halcyon, PB One.

Granted I haven't tried these but I bought my R1's directly from IMR. I would try these if I was a bit more interested. R1's are still my favorite iems.

Sorry if I'm a bit late to the party here, been listening to these for a while now and haven't felt the need to really get on the web to look into other iems. The biggest challege I found with them is the overwhelming amount of sound signature choices. It was quite a daunting task to be able to narrow down what worked the best for my taste. I would recommend anyone who has an opportunity to pick a pair of these up would be to let them play for a good bit of time before sticking them in your ears (non burn believers turn away) because i thought I had my sig down (black and red) then I noticed a gradual chantge and settled at red tip pink filter. Good job Bob!

If these are what used to be Trinity how did we get to $500? I recall them being under a $100 initially on Kickstart and then I paid something like 150 for almost their top model.

You are delusional. One of the reasons why I sold my Trinities was because they were overpriced. There were plenty of great IEM's at a fraction of Trinity's price. They started at a $100 at Kickstarter and very quickly climbed up to $300-400 by simply adding filters and drivers. Undercharging? I had $100 IEMs that sounded better than $300 Triniti's. And my $300 had an issue with connectors with sound dropping out. They had to reship me a cable to fix the issue. Trinity were interesting and had potential but undercharging they were not.

I was referring to the silly preorder prices that got them in all the trouble.
