Any chance you could add the strap length to your watch descriptions? For those of us with larger wrists, that would be very helpful to know.

Is there any way to see a side profile of the white-face? I saw the dark face and would love to see what the second option looks like

DankMistaPandaJust "Google" the watch and model on the internet, then click on images. You will find a fair few there. Quite an attractive and unique cased watch and quality band. Good luck.

I have GOT to stop reading the discussions on the watches here! An Ingersoll has been on my list for a while now. I read the comments and didn't pull the trigger on the last one they has listed. But...even though I read through them this time, I'm going to pull the trigger on this one. I love the look, the open heart and dammit, my collection needs an Ingersoll...and I'm not gonna let y'all piss in my Post Toasties! While we're at it...does anyone want to tell me why my Gevril is a crappy watch? No, wait...never mind. One of you wise asses will have something disparaging to say!

I looked at the Glycine...just not a fan. I have a couple of divers in my collection: A CCCP Kamchatka automatic with the green bezel and a Blacklist Streetmatic Laguna Seca Chronograph. I'm not a diver, LOL! I am on the fence about the look and the feel of a dive watch. To me these are the watches that feel clunky and heavy on the wrist. The Blacklist I have has a bit of a different style and I like it. And oh, btw...the Tag's I'm hoping for someday: Either a Formula 1 or a Carrera.

BKnuttiDon't mind the look of the Blacklist" Divematic" watch ; very similar in spec. to Glycine Combat Sub, but for the asking $749 usd. I would prefer the Swiss built and movement of the Glycine which also does come quite a lot cheaper through Drop and some other online retailers. It does however have an attractive dial. As a kickstarter from 2013 it does seem they have done alright for themselves. I wasn't too impressed with the Combat Sub range until I bought one at a good price here on Drop almost two years ago. I was just about to buy a Spinnaker Tesei Bronze diver watch, and had a rare opportunity to look at one in the flesh, then decided for the price; Swiss made or not I would save an extra $200 and try the Glycine Combat Sub Bronze GL188 . I think there was a phase when Bronze diver watches were quite sought after. And as it happens I really liked the clinical finish of the "dive style tool" watch as opposed to some other more cosmetic efforts from other Swiss makes at much higher prices. It also has a relatively slim depth like the Divematic. Not too clued up on CCCP, the dive style you have is attractive, I do like the contemporary green bezel: there have been quite a few here on Drop at very competitive prices; I will probably try one . I do have a Raymond Weil Chrono Freelancer not dissimilar to your Blacklist bought again from Drop at $749 usd. worth a look for you; as IMO it is as good a finish as some Tags, but a whole lot cheaper. You do have to wait patiently for good deals on Drop, but they do come. Depending on what you are looking for. Biggest problem it can start to add up in cost, so I have trimmed down my collection to just 12 watches. I still buy a few ,but sell them on to fund others, recently had 3 Alpinas and a2 Victorinox watches; but after a couple of months got bored and sold them on to buy others.I am gradually finding that some watches are keepers and may soon be full at 12 watches which may stay for a while. But I do enjoy doing this, you get a bit hooked!!!

I really like the look of this watch which is surprising because an open heart complication in a bog standard movement usually rubs me the wrong way. 42mm is manageable. But, over 15mm thick for a dressy watch really limits it's wearability for me. I really like an Ingersoll I purchased here previously. Nice fit and finish. Did a fine job of making me feel like I got my money's worth. This one is so close.

The movement is Chinese and comes compliments of Shanghai Jinghe Industrial Co.,Ltd. They make lots of watch movements. I’m reasonably sure this one will get the job done. I’m also reasonably sure some twit will come along and dis a $99 Chinese watch, for having an inexpensive Chinese movement inside. Certain things are a given. Of course there's always the option to pay more than $99--it is, as they say, a free country (presently teetering on the edge of oblivion, it's true, but for the moment anyway)...

The pictures look nice but $99 seems way too high for that movement

To be honest I really like the look of this watch, I just hope that the finish/ build quality is on that level, and not of a $10 watch

4ybak There are no ten dollar watches—just two-dollar watches people sell for ten-dollars. The fit and finish of the Ingersoll watches sold so far on this site have been superb—I haven’t heard of a single complaint on that score. To the contrary, most folks feel they got more for their money than expected (myself included). The movements are basic (occasionally non-hacking), but all seem to keep time. Prices on other sites are often TRIPLE what the sell for here. If the design appeals to you, and you're in the market for a decent inexpensive watch, I wouldn't hesitate.

You need at least one good quartz watch! Its great to just have a pick up and go watch that you don't have to worry about! And we both know quartz is more accurate. You could opt for maybe a Longines VHP since you like high end! :)

bigred25929Well, I've had a Certina DS 2 Precidrive with the 27j ETA quartz movement but I just couldn't get over its "quartziness," although it was a pretty nice watch. Nowadays if I really want to grab and go I'll grab one of my two pre-quartz electronic watches and, well, go. Same "always on" as a quartz but much cooler, imo.
