IMO these headphones are awesome! The wood dome driver produces a smooth and balanced sound, very pleasant to my ears. I didn't like my ears touching the driver, so I changed the pads for Brainwavz Sheepskin Leather Angled Memory Foam Earpads (large) and it helped to smooth out the noticeable high peaks and made the headphones very comfortable. I've had them for about 2 years and they're holding up pretty well. I find myself reaching for them when listening with a DAP, even though I own an extensive collection of much more expensive headphones. Highly recommended!
