I've used the AKG K7XX (62 ohm) with our YARO2 and it gets painfully loud. Based on the amplifier we use I wouldn't use a 600 ohm pair but it should handle up to 150 ohm without significant volume loss. When you plug headphones in it will automatically switch to the headphone output and stop audio going to the speaker outputs.
