Powerful DAC, Headphone Amp & Preamplifier in One

A full-featured combo unit designed to be the centerpiece of an audiophile setup, the Keces S3 balanced DAC/amp is especially well suited for fans of the discontinued Oppo HA-1. It uses the high-performance ESS ES9026PRO, one of the best ESS Sabre DACs on the market. Via the USB input, it supports up to PCM 32 bit/384 kHz, DSD128 (DoP), and DSD256 (ASIO native). Via coaxial and optical, it supports up to PCM 24 bit/192 kHz and DSD64 (DoP). The powerful balanced headphone output delivers an impressive 2,000 mW at 32 ohms—enough to power the most demanding headphones. The 4-millimeter-thick aluminum chassis blocks EMI/RFI interference and is complete with a 128-step volume attenuator, an easy-to-read OLED display, and a remote control. Plus, with XLR and RCA outputs on the back, the S3 can also function as a preamplifier.
