Product Description
Take your cold-weather wardrobe to the next level with these deerskin gloves from Kent Wang. Widely considered the best leather for gloves, deerskin has a smooth texture that pairs well with suits and other formal attire Read More
These are very nice gloves. Buttery soft and warm. These are dress gloves, they aren't meant for any kind of harcore treatment with that understanding they are fine. I bought them a half size to small s o they are a little tight, but that's ok since they retain more heat that way. I have a number of gloves (partly cause I keep losing them, though now I buy glove clips for all my gloves and clip them to my coat or belt loop like a kid) some higher end and some lower end gloves and these (so far) seem to be near the quality of a pair of Barney's leather/cashmere gloves I have.
They are not very thick. I suppose it would depend on where you were driving. NYC? Sure, They'd work as driving gloves. Dallas? Not so much. Hope this answers your question.
LrmatThanks for the quick and informative reply. I live in Victoria BC (think Seattle) and would use them for winter driving, so it sounds like a good choice.
These are the real deal.. For the price, such a great deal. I guess we'll see how they wear, but I expect them to hold up. Also, I agree that the sizing chart and sizing directions are as accurate as could be. I have untypical sized hands, so this was a relief.
The leather is super soft and the inside is comfortably lined. It is not a thick lining like some flannel lined gloves. I wear a 10.5 sized glove and the only thing I don't like is the wide opening. Glad I bought them and they kept me warm in NYC winter.
Sizing is a bit snug, it would be a good idea to go one sizer higher. They are more suited for acting as a windbreak for your hands rather than something to keep them warm. Don't expect to shovel in these, but going out in the cold is perfectly fine.
The quality is outstanding, as with all the Kent Want gear I own. However, what is very disappointing is the color difference between the back leather and palm leather. As you can see in the picture, the back leather is almost an ashen, gray brown (which is unappealing to the eye), and the palm is the darker, chocolate brown I was expecting for the full glove.
I don't like that I paid for and received something that was not advertised, as I would not have purchased if this color difference was clear (as it obviously is not) in the pictures posted in the drop.
albatross621There's naturally some variation with the brown colors when they are dyed at the tannery, and the deerskin and touchscreen leather come from different tanneries. If you're not pleased with your pair, just email us at sales@kentwang.com and we can exchange for black. Black is always consistently the same color.

It does what was describe but not a really good quality. There was a tag that was taped on the glove, I took the tag off and the paint/leather came off with it too.

Overall is not bad. This issue doesn't really bother me, but I would be more satisfy if the gloves was made a better quality.
While I haven't gotten to use them much, since they arrived at the end of last winter, they feel high quality and look great. I am sure they will serve me well for many winters.
I have small hands for a guy, and it's hard to find good fitting gloves. These are super comfortable and fit very well. The dark brown ones I got were not touch screen compatible. But that's all good with me. The cashmere lining feel great on the skin and these are a life saver for driving in the Canadian winter.

Beautiful and comfortable
These gloves are beautiful and comfortable! They're a bit snug on me, which I hope is just right, so they can break in and fit better.
The palm color is a slightly different shade than the backside but it doesn't bother me. The cashmere lining feels great.
