Extra effort needed

Requires lengthy grinding and arm effort for one ounce of coffee beans. Not intuitive on how to setup the grind for coarse or fine setting. But, results good for two small cups of coffee

Why is this grinder so popular!??!?

I haven't even ground any coffee in this yet and there is SO MUCH PLAY between the burr set that I can see the results will be seriously inconsistent.
