Bought two of these in a drop almost 8 months ago, as a Christmas present for my girlfriend. We've used these literally every day since. No chips in the blades, no knicks, still as sharp as day one even though we've abused them. It's extremely impressive. We have probably 40 knives that we used to alternate between, but now when we need one we immediately go for the ceramics. Best gift ever.
Great knife for cutting veggies and some meat like fish. Need to be careful when cutting meat with bones in it since the blade can chip. Stays razor sharp.
