WillyhereYea got my shipping notification on the 5th as well. In a cruel twist of fate, the item shipped from NJ to VA where I am, but went to NC which means it drove past VA about three states south. Then it got lost in the hand-off to USPS for a few days. Today is the 12th and it's finally out for delivery. I'm sure you have been listening to these for a few days by now.
I'm still showing "reserved for shipping" from 1/19/21... this place is apparently ran by incompetent individuals with shit customer service... never buying from this "wish" tier site... SHIP MY GODDAMN ORDER I PAID FOR 2 MONTHS AGO
I bought the CCA-C12 with an upgraded cable and some bonus foam ear tips from Ali for a about the same price. I prefer them to my Kz-as10, maybe only because the C12's stay in my ears better (better seal) with the foam tips since I haven't done an actual head to head comparison of the sound of both. However, the C12's have a sound that I enjoy and have replaced the AS10's as my go to iems.
I already have one I bought from Ali, and ordered this one as a gift. Drop did beat their price by a pretty good bit, but they are right at a month overdue on shipping. What's up, Drop? This is not some exotic item. I could have had them in two days for just a few dollars more.
bgumpAgreed, with the same frustrations here: ordered on June 23, and here I am 72 days later (!!!) with nothing. I have reached out to support on multiple occasions and they always have a similar deflection of a response...
"...will bump this up..."
"...will check with my team..."
Yadda, yadda, yadda. I think I'll cancel and order elsewhere.
Ye.mWhat are the IEMs plugged into. If it's your phone/laptop 3.5mm jack, chances are its just the noise floor of the amp. IEMs (ZS10 Pros in particular) are pretty sensitive, so they pick up on those noises very well. It's perfectly normal.
Edit: these are rated at 111dB, so even dedicated DAC/Amp setups could still produce the hissing.
