Coming from Tin HiFi T3 Plus to Letshuoer S12 Pro, the tonality is very similar between these two IEMs.
Bass: T3 Plus bass is easier to hear. S12 bass is dependent on getting good seal.
Mid: Both are similar and a bit recessed. Seems that S12 is just a tad more recessed in vocals.
Treble: S12 a bit brighter.
S12 Pro has technical performance advantage over T3 Plus: better soundstage, a bit more clarity/detail, more impact.
Design & Comfort:
S12 Pro has much better cables. Thick and less easy to tangle. However, it is also stiffer. So the bend/curvature over-the-ear is more comfortable on T3Plus than S12 Pro.
S12 Pro is a better fit for me. I don't have large ears. S12 Pro size fits my concha better. T3 Plus is a bit big and my ears (concha) get physically tiring.
Value: S12 Pro is twice the price of T3 Plus. Is it worth twice the price? Hard to say. My judgement is not final yet.
