The rear audio jack works, which means the DAC is working. However, the front audio jack does not output sound anymore, regardless of if the input switch is pushed in or extended out. Therefore, I believe the AMP portion is not working correctly. IDK if the input switch is jammed or broken, resulting in the AMP portion of this product to be disabled, or what exactly is wrong with this product - but the AMP does not work anymore. The weird part is that it was working perfectly fine up until yesterday.
TLDR - the AMP portion of this product is not working.
If anyone has an idea for a fix, then please comment. Otherwise, I think the only other option is to see if Drop will send out a replacement unit... wish me luck.
