b3nd0vah613mW into 33 ohms is probably good enough. loudness will get to about 120dB'ish assuming the headphones don't fry first. My guess is that you really don't need much more than that.

Michael-Q613mW is the output if the Standarg Gain O2. The output of the Medium Gain O2 is about 335mW.
