Just pulled the trigger for one of these. I have three places where it will come in handy. I'm especially interested in having it as part of a layered sleep system when backpacking. It's a new concept , to me, I'm working on. If it doesn't work out it'll prolly live in the camper van mostly.

Seeing people buying 850 fill down blanket/ jackets/ toe warmers to sit on the couch and channel surf or to walk in the Starbucks for that skim latte always cracks me up. 600 fill duck down insulates every bit as well but weighs a whopping 3 ounces more and probably costs five times less per unit volume.
I'd hate for someone to suffer a fatal hernia under a burdensome 600 comforter while watching the news or walking to the Starbucks. (Snark, snark.)

Always, always, ALWAYS!!! check other outlets like Amazon and other sites BEFORE buying on "Drop." Drop usually costs more and takes much longer for fulfillment. I don't know why they exist anymore. They used to fill a real niche. Now, however, not so much.

There are alternatives to Amazon or Drop. That was the point. There are alternatives, often with lower prices and shorter lead times.
