Has anyone noticed that their Red k7xx's diaphragm has some blister-like thingies. These are not powder or something on top. They are marks on the surface like a drying-out skin rash. More like popped bubbles. I don't want a decaying diaphragm from akg. I dont wear the headphones everyday. It didnt got wet. I live in new zealand. Not that tropical.

arbitootChecking in from the original run. My diaphragms are clean, no blisters at all. Your's may have a manufacturing defect that somehow made it past QA.
Also, the diaphragms on mine almost look like they have an oil coating, are your's dry or is it just a bad pic?

arbitootI would contact AKG as they provide a 2 year warranty. If you just purchased it, I would contact Massdrop for a possible exchange.
