Any possibility of getting a replacement lock bar w/ detent? I've messaged about everyone I could already. Mine snapped in half right at the detent ball. The knife has been very minimally used, seems as if it was a manufacturing defect. Disappointing to say the least, as it was enjoyable before, but now completely unusable.

Just tore my Falcon down to the bones for the bearing swap. Wiped out all the sticky grease slowing things down, popped in two new Boca ceramic bearings, lubed with Boca bearing oil, reassembled and lubed some more. You can never have enough lube. Lol. It was quick to deploy before, but now is wicked fast and smooth as glass. For $8 bucks in bearings and some High Speed Oil from Boca (~$12.00/bottle) and 15 to 20 leisurely spent minutes, not a bad result.

Got mine today, May 5th. Blade is centered all seems well. Just waiting on my clip from Pop's and then comes the tear down and bearing swap. One thing I can say having a Crux right here for comparison, is the size of the Falcon is handy and I wish the Crux blade had the jimping and relief for the thumb on the top of the blade like the Falcon. Actually, I doubt the Crux, Gent or Buc will get much use now. I don't actually need anything larger than the Falcon.
