Mine arrived today.. with a damaged cord. Yippie.
Has anyone upgraded the cord yet? I've having a hard time finding a nice cable with the dual 3.5mm connectors. Would like something a little longer too.

DMitchThis is what I got - but this has the 2.5mm balanced on the input side and dual 3.5mm. It's longer, but it's not very flexible and honestly it's unwieldiness bothers me every single time I use it. However there aren't many choices for 2.5 inputs unless you pay more.
For regular 3.5 inputs there are more choices on Amazon but I have no personal experience. Good luck.

tnamaWait so do the headphones have dual 2.5 connectors or 3.5 connectors? I heard the old versions of the HE4XX came with 2.5 and the new ones have 3.5

tnamaI hear the original run was 2.5 but I do not think there are many of those in circulation.

BykovovichYeah, the ones I have are dual 2.5mm. I thought I was losing my mind because the cables I order said it was for the 4xx with 3.5mm and it didn’t fit.
