HertxzHad mine for a few days and I'm starting to hear it too. It seems to go away if I give it a shake or press it against my ears lightly.

HertxzCould be hair that got into the speaker, use scotch tape if you see hairs that are sticking out (take off the foam to check the speaker)

PwillcoI just got a new pair haha, but I took you up on the advice on the older pair and I didn't find any hairs. Thinking it was just mine, heck maybe drop.com sent me a cheap one because I took them up on a coupon so I could get them at 7 dollars!
