Anyone can comment how this would perform for gaming? Comparing against for example, Sennheiser HD 598?
Hey antonio - I had the same question and then realized that Sennheiser actually replied to that further down (super nice of em!! :-) ) - let me copy here for you:
"You’re currently on the drop page for the HD 58X Jubilee. For gaming, it will have a linear sound, breathe out most of the heat that can build up, and have good weight and comfort for long-term listening sessions... however, the PC37X are more optimized for gaming, with a built-in microphone, on-headset volume dial to save your hearing if you need to quickly turn down the volume, and a more “fun“ signature with extra bass to help with immersion, while also reducing heat build-up with it’s open design and being lightweight and well-padded for long gaming sessions.
Either will serve you well, but for gaming we would say the PC37X is better optimized: https://www.massdrop.com/buy/massdrop-x-sennheiser-pc37x-gaming-headset"
Hope that helped :-)
Yeah, it helped. Thank you
Virtual 7.1 is really bad. Don't bother with it.
@Tech22 Oh really? How is that? I heard good things about the two headphones I put up for a poll... But would be happy and appreciate it if you could explain further or tell me about your experience :-)
