Ive had my eyes on the PC373D for a while, are these worth it without the sound card?

DrakorexDon't even bother with the USB 7.1 dongle. I got in on the first drop and am looking to get a backup set. Currently using a Sound Blaster Z to push these cans, stereo.
I should have added that my friend just received his pc 373d from amazon and is returning them. I don't know why but his mic volume was extremely low on discord last night and he went through all the steps with the software installed. Lucky for him this drop came back.
