So confusing
I really want to move this product I really did but I'm just going to chalk it up to getting a dud or being incompetent to get it work with my computer. Really good quality, wonderful colors, crisp switches, and a very tactile knob. Couldn't ask for more but I guess I wish it was plug and play with ease out of the box.

I’ve had hassles with DOIO macro pads before but luckily this one works with VIA out of the packaging. 12 keys and a knob to program, I’m using it as macros for voice chat during gaming, volume, and a few shortcuts for productivity.

Just got hold of my new Sword Macropad, I love the weight and build quality this has! Only problem being the board it's supposed to compliment doesn't ship out until January.
