Was nervous ordering this because of all the bad reviews, but mine came out awesome. Glad the vendor fixed whatever problem they were having.

Only got back to the UK yesterday; opened the package and was pleasantly surprised. While it's not as full as the product images, it's a huge improvement on what I got before. One complaint is that the cap is a fair bit taller than my other OEM profile caps.

Still haven't received my replacements... Apparently this shipping service takes quite a while to get here (living in Canada).
Looking over the discussions it doesn't look like I should have much hope though. If they are still non-representative of what was advertised I hope that at least the return process isn't too difficult.

lumafoxyUpdate: I've received my replacements and unfortunately these are also nothing like what was expected. Fortunately I was able to ask for a refund and received it with little to no friction.

Anyone else have to to pay customs on the replacement? Had to pay around $18 more to get the item, after paying $18 the first time. It's an $81 keycap at this point. (UK, by the way)

PigmonkeYI believe I am in the same boat. I'm still holding out hoping one will show up in the post. I sent in another ticket 3 months after my first one.

Got my replacement yesterday. Disappointing. It's . . . better than the one I got, and if you look at it from the side it looks kind of like the picture, but from above it just looks milky and greenish. There's way too much of the "fog". There's also a visible white seam up the center. I'll post pictures later.
I don't really want to deal with the hassle of a refund, and I really hope that others had better luck with their replacements, but I'm kicking myself for buying the Mt. Fuji keycap from BKD, and I have very low hopes for it. As it stands, I'm never getting anything from them ever again.

Yeah I got my replacement as well, the blue is way too strong. It makes the scenery seem as if its underwater. I think my first glacier was better than my second -.- , and my first one had a crooked stem.

AveonyxI couldn't see the stem of the cap right down the middle through my first one I got, and can see it perfectly through the second. I would consider mine worse :/

Got my Northern Lights replacement today and I can see the stem right through the cap :( . The keycap is definitely shaped a lot better and the edges arent as sharp, although its still noticeably taller than the ESC key it's replacing and i got OEM profile. It still looks nothing like the picture, and resembles Glacier more than Northern Lights, which is what I ordered. I'm really disappointed that it's still not what I was expecting and looks nothing like the picture.
The fact that they actually looks like its missing material down the middle and I can see straight down to the stem is actually worse than the first keycap I got.

I had finished all the replacements,I have to say sorry to all of you wait such a long time. There were many works(polygon mini iceland,MT.Fuji,Mini iceland R2,and make the new Design) and those keycaps really not easy to make.The issues come to this drop really mean a lot to me.I will provide better keycaps to everyone. Here were some pictures to you,and I will sent it today.
