Zero Support, Ghosted. - revised .... they figured it out.
I have one problem that makes this a regrettable purchase. I cannot reach Mitchell Acoustics for support. I've emailed and called numerous times. They can't be reached.
I contacted Drop to help me. They sent me to the contact page on Mitchell Acoustics website, which I had previously tried.
My issues are as follows: i) the table doesn't start turning until the tone arm is past the first song, ii) some bluetooth speakers work and some don't, and iii) the tone arm weight won't calibrate because the weight isn't heavy enough. I can't fix any of this because I can't get support. I thought Mitchell was a reputable brand, but I was wrong.

Expect some wobble, but it's quite nice all the same
Summary: My first turntable since I was a kid (I'm almost 52), and definitely my first real one, the Mitchel Ustream is a great unit. I'm quite astounded at how well music sounds coming out of it (but, important: coming through three pieces of Schiit).
Musicians keep putting vinyl in their box sets, so even though I didn't have a turntable, I was growing a modest collection of LPs. When Drop offered this unit, I decided to jump in. While I waited for delivery (about a 10 week wait) I added a good number of more LPs so that I had some music to enjoy once it arrived.
Set up was pretty simple, even for a novice like me. The unit is attractive, solid, and sturdy. But, expect some platter wobble. About a week after getting the unit, I realized all my LPs were warped the same way ... or were they? I noticed the plater was not spinning true. Platter itself was perfectly flat.
Long story short, I contacted Mitchell Acoustics and they arranged for a replacement, no questions asked (I did provide them a video of the wobble). I decided to change from black ash model to the oak model in the process. When the replacement unit arrived, I did still notice some wobble ... although not as much. It's minor enough that I can live with it. I told my contact at Mitchell it still had a wobble but that it wasn't as bad and (again) I could live with it. He said "To be honest at this price point there can be a small amount of wobble." Which is probably fair and reasonable.
I've been focused on hi resolution digital for the last six or seven years, and it's been a long time (LONG time) since I've experienced vinyl. I wasn't expecting the rich, full sound (and very few pops and cracks) that I'm getting from this turntable. I have it going to a Schiit Mani 2, then a Schiit Loki Mini 4-band tone control, and then a Schiit Vali 2++ amp. I'm connecting mostly with Focal Clear phones, sometimes IMR Elan+ IEMs, although they are quite sensitive to some recordings.
I'm very pleased, although my wallet isn't thrilled that I'm rebuying favorite albums on vinyl. It's an expensive hobby....

BillZMinstead of rotating nice and flat, there's a tiny (1 degree?) tilt in the spindle (I assume) so that as the platter rotates, it's a little bit low on one side (the 3 o'clock position) and high on the other side (9 o'clock). So, when it turns, it seems a bit off balance. But not much, and there doesn't seem to be any distortion or issues with music reproduction.
