Is it likely forever out of stock like some keep products or is it gonna come back at some point and if it does will it still be 150 or will it be the original proce again?

Thanks, good to know,
Some how I thought, or had a preset
Around ears = Circum aural and
Over the ears = On the ear. (which is pressing the ear.)
People wearing glasses may find the Around ears comfortable.

Are these better than the Sennheiser PXC 550-II that was offered recently? I am not an audiophile and trying to pick one in roughly this price range. Guidance would be welcome.

Does anyone know if they'll work with third party pads? I contacted NAD and they weren't too useful. They just told me they're different to the HP50 pads and suggested I buy a new pair if mine were worn out. They didn't entertain the conversation of pad rolling. Does anyone know if the Oval Brainwavz pads will fit these like they do the HP50?

Is there a mic on these headphones? Seems strange for a wireless headset to not say anything about it.
