How about staff add a FAQ at the top of the discussion and update it as questions are asked. This way we do not have to read back "5 pages". Just my .23 worth.

I received the flashlight today. It did come with a rechargeable battery inside the flashlight.
Note, there is a yellow sticker on the negative (bottom) part of the battery. It's there for protection while not in use - make sure you remove that sticker before charging!

Individual packages have started to ship! The vendor confirmed earlier that majority of the group's order has been sent out with the rest scheduled for pickup shortly. Once your package is scanned into the courier's system an email will be sent with shipping confirmation and tracking info.

TylerWould it have killed you to answer the question BEFORE the dropped ended. Instead of copy and pasting a generic form and replacing dates why not try being involved in the community. A few people didnt participate because the staff lacked the time or the effort? Which was it, since the questions were asked multiple time within a reasonable timeframe BEFORE the drops was close to ending.

sin3 @sin3 Sorry you didn't joint this drop due to confusion. It wouldn't hurt to read back in this thread a little bit to where it was said that batteries DO come with this drop. It was also quoted on the page 5 with someone from the community confirming batteries came with both his drops. We will update the copy for the next time so do you don't miss out!

Shame that massdrop staff stopped speaking to the community. This was supposed to be a community platform. I cant say i am surprised, once they dropped the vaping section all the decent mods must have left. Now they have a bunch of lazy salesman who are too busy playing pokemon to do their job.

I assumed the same and didnt join because massdrop offered a better deal in the past. As a lesson for life, it is smart to ask for things you want or else the other party has the obligation to maximize profit. Massdrop choose to keep the money allocated to the battery to maximize their profit. At the same time they lost a few customers due to this decision. Im sure NOT purchasing a $9 battery bought for wholesale was a greater bottom line than having me and other join the drop.
Happy to be a participant in supply and demand economics. Confused that other wallet conscious buyers didn't make the connection. Sad that others community members got a better deal in the past.

The only Massdrop reply from Tyler or Peter will be the buy was successful, the orders have been shipped blah blah as usual .. It's like they don't read the discussions as and just care when its a successful buy
