Ok, that is strange. I think for some reason the Out Of Your Head driver did not install correctly.
If you haven't done so already, please try reinstalling Out Of Your Head. You should not have to uninstall before reinstalling.
If you've already tried that, is your user account an Administrator account on your Mac? In rare instances, there can be a permissions problem when installing the driver. Were you logged in as your user when you installed Out Of Your Head?
