I just received the shoes and right away they are very difficult to get on your foot. I don't have fat feet and I wear a size 13. The problem with these shoes is the neoprene liner they come with is restrictive and the suede is extremely stiff. So even loosening the strings to the point of nearly taking them off the shoe does not do what you would expect. It seems as though the neoprene liner is there to prevent blisters that you would get while wear these. Again, the suede fabric of the shoes is extremely stiff. Just walking around my house for a few steps and I can tell the break in period might be quite painful. I like the look of the shoe but if I find I can never wear them then what's the point?
