Parrot's first Zik headphone came loaded with a variety of promising features. Not only did the headphone have a unique, eye-catching design, they offered Bluetooth connectivity, intuitive touch inputs, and noise cancellation. The 2.0 improves significantly on its predecessor in multiple aspects, and one thing's for certain - there's no other headphone quite like it on the market.
At checkout, choose between the black, white, yellow, brown, or orange color models.
Let's start off with the big one - the 40mm neodymium driver receives a lot of help from the new 32-bit DSP chip, greatly improving sound quality. Comfort has also leveled up big time - weighing in at 17% lighter and the introduction of more spacious pads means you get more ear time with less fatigue. Making the Wall of Fame means the Zik 2.0 lets you have your stylish cake and eat up the sound quality too.
Touch inputs on the right earcup are probably one of the neatest features the Zik 2.0 boasts - a quick flick up or down on the earpad adjusts volume. A similar motion to the left or right skips between tracks, and a firm press pauses and plays the current song. That's not it though, the Parrot companion app for both iPhone and Android devices allows you a significant amount of customization. Choose a default EQ or customize it to your preferred sound signature. 6 noise canceling microphones on the Zik 2.0 reduce up to 30 dB of ambient noise and make it an ideal traveling companion. Bluetooth connectivity is excellent, but Parrot also gives you the option to plug in a 3.5mm cable to extend battery life in wired mode.
