I think as we baby boomers and then generation X begin to die out, luxury watch brands will die with them. Heck, even my wife has already gone entirely Apple watch and wants to sell her other watches. Younger generations do not appreciate the craftsmanship of a well made automatic or hand wound watch movement. Within another decade or two I believe their value will drop significantly.

Actually--there is NO REFERENCE to the terms "Low IQ" or "Poor Vocabulary" in the Wikipedia article Cartmen sites. One assumes Cartmen counterfeited the citation for the usual reason:

We were all eager to ask. As a matter of fact I was wondering all day every day about what types of vehicles you own. It occupied my mind so much that I became obsessed with it. I couldn't sleep, I lost my appetite and even my will to exist. Now that I know you have two magnificent cars in your possession which are not only tools to take you from point A to point B but also symbols of your wealth, manliness and greatness I will certainly sleep better.

Just want to point out, once again, the Porsche Design company is not the same company as the Porsche car company; which is to say, these are not Porsche watches, these are Porsche Design watches--there's difference.

RayF@RayF great taste Sir!! Now we are talking. Wife drives the Cayman GTS 2015 3.4 liter flat six. version. She has the optional sport suspension. It’s the best handling (and sounding) car I have ever driven (Lotus Exige Sport 410 is second) And yes my wife drives it as if she stole it. However, the new 2020 Cayman GTS with the completely bonkers 4 liter flat 6 and 400 PS will be the driver’s car of the year in 2020 my guess)....

Up here in Canada a guy is trying to sell a Porsche chair for $1400 CAD (~$1000 USD)! One of only 40 Evo LG Porsche chairs ever made. Comes with a certificate of authenticity. You NEED this to go with the watch (and the car).

I ordered one these Porsche Design (PD) Chronotimers as well as another from the second PD drop, right after. Since the first drop is delayed, will the second drop be as well? Or would, hopefully, both be shipped together?
Also, I know that there are other Chronotimer models that Drop has not offered yet. Are more coming?

Fair price for a 7750 titanium watch and Swiss Made on the dial from a decent brand. Can’t really think of any comparisons off the top of my head except for the old Zelos ZX in titanium and that’s from a micro brand.
Not my flavor, but I can’t hate on it.

WatchyoutalkingaboutI love my Zelos ZX...as well as the other two Zelos watches I own. Elshan Tang designs awesome watches and he’s a heck of a nice guy and really supports his products as well. In my opinion he epitomizes the microbrand market segment.
