I will never understand why folks from other geographies are so abrasive towards Massdrop? You do realize that vendors usually put limits to where a product can be sold or shipped to, right? In addition to that Massdrop incurs in substantially more risk and cost when shipping overseas -- same reason I don't ship or sell my used gear to anyone outside CONTUS -- it doesn't make business sense.
Please stop taking this personally and spitting pejoratives at Massdrop will accomplish absolutely nothing other than making you look like a bonafide ahole.
You should read your self, you said exactly the opposit.
I hate compagnie want to sell international but do it badly, like we shipp around the world but you receve 110v only product note mentioned...

totoloopeI'm not contradicting myself. You just don't understand how markets work.
Just received email confirmation from MD that my PSB Alpha PS1s have shipped from MD. Hope yours are also on the way. As to others who have received cancellation notices, stay tuned as perhaps these won’t fit my ears, tho really hoping they do.
Personally, I find it interesting that Massdrop cancelled my order citing the lack of inventory, while at the same time PSB is selling this very same speaker through its online store, without any mention of the item being backordered.
Does anyone know whether all of the ordered were cancelled, or just some? If the latter, I wonder how Massdrop decided which orders were filled.
dolsteinI don't find it interesting at all, I find it really annoying. They did not cancel all the orders which means that they goofed up by not setting a limit on the drop. My guess would be that those with cancelled orders got in on the drop later than those who haven't been cancelled. I would have much preferred to keep waiting but at least Massdrop was kind enough to not take the time to ask.
sorry for your misfortune but if you or anyone else that purchased the tilt stands and had their order canceled be up to sell them to a member that did get them ?
Massdrop what are you selling out of USA ?
Do you have a side section for international ?
What the point to receive nice advert if you don't want shipp to me ? ...... !!!!!!

From the description:
"Finally, the universal power supply works with any AC voltage, making the Alpha PS1 a great choice for audiophiles around the world."
... and yet only ships to USA... What a tease.
Hey Massdrop, since someone (either you or PSB) is earning interest on the money being held while no speakers are being delivered, you could always talk to them about the fact that subwoofers could also be thrown in the box when the speakers are shipped.
These speakers are perfect for an office/bar/bedroom, great sound, but you can get the NAD version which is identical to these for $50 less via Audio Advisor, so not much of a savings.
Classic MD taunting. In the description:
"Finally, the universal power supply works with any AC voltage, making the Alpha PS1 a great choice for audiophiles around the world."
When an non-US member tries to add: "Sorry, this US only - in your face, a-hole" (ok, I'm paraphrasing a bit lol)
