RAMA review 5/5 - - Massdrop review 1/5. The past two days I have been communicating with RAMA support to get the M10-B working. They have now updated the VIA configurator and it works for me. I did however have to download QMK toolbox and flash the firmware through there. QMK Toolbox https://github.com/qmk/qmk_toolbox/releases/download/0.0.8/qmk_toolbox_install.exe Firmware that works with VIA vonfigurator https://github.com/olivia/via-config/releases/download/0.2.7/rama_m10_b_default.hex VIA Configurator (Updated 12/13/18) https://github.com/olivia/via-config/releases/tag/0.2.7 ------------------------------------------------------------------- The instructions I was told: While plugged in, press the reset button on the M10-B through the hole (use a paperclip, piece of wire, etc.) QMK Toolbox should detect a "DFU device" connected and show a message "*** DFU device connected: ATmega32U4 -- 0x03EB:0x2FF4" Click the "Open" button at the top of the window, browse to where you saved "rama_m10_b_default.hex" Click the "Flash" button. More messages should appear with "Success". ------------------------------------------------------------------- This has worked for me and VIA is working as it should. Thank you so much RAMA for your fast responses. Now Massdrop. Massdrop has included a "tool" to push the DFU button without accessing the PCB. It doesn't reach, good job on measuring, further more RAMA has told me this was done by Massdrop and not approved by them. So that useless tool can be trashed. Late arrival and programming issues aside, I love my RAMA M10-B. It's gorgeous, and the above and beyond support from RAMA has been amazing.

canyoudigHey man, did you manage to get the "Lighting" and "Macro" functions working ? A lot of the "Layers" keys aren't working for me as well...

Went into this looking for an addition to my Leopold FC660C to have extra hotkeying options near my mouse hand for some games. I planned to order other keycaps elsewhere after I received the product so the result that we have received with the colorway being off doesn't really matter to me personally, they are however pretty ugly and quite far off from the original palette that was presented. The wait for the product and all of the delays and lack of consistent discussion from MD was interesting to say the least. Luckily the core product designed by Rama is still incredible so despite the wait and the many fumbles on the part of MD I myself am happy with what I have received; none of that credit can be given to MD though... all of it is due to Rama.

canyoudigRama has advised me tht the configuration app for the M10 series is found here instead of the app you were trying to use... https://app.knops.io/ Hope that helps.

I have two for sale. M-10A. Both have mx browns. Got a pinkgold one for my sister who never used it. And a silver one I used a lot for art programs. PM for details. Silver one has cork on the bottom to keep it from sliding away. I can remove it or leave it for you. Comes off really easy :-) Edit: both sold
