Nearly any microphone is acceptable for use with Dragon, but one benefit of this should be the ability to wear it for a long time. However, an omnidirectional mic can pick up a lot of extraneous sound, so if you plan to be moving around a lot (such as exercising) while speaking to Dragon you may have issues. If you don't need to move around, a desktop mic does an excellent job - currently having good luck with Blue Snowflakes, and they are monitor-mountable and decently portable.
