I want to like this pot, and it's the only nonstick pot I've got, so I try. Unlike the Scanpan Classic cookware that I've had, this one's ability to be nonstick has deteriorated at a much faster rate. I've had this one for a year or so, and I'd have to get something so scratchy to clean the interior bottom that I'd probably damage the pot. Pretty sure it was a milk/cream burn, but it's never come off. All the other Scanpan Classic stuff I've had has been "magical" in nature.
I do love the heft of these CTX pans. Heat retention is better.
I used the pan for the first time over a glass stove top at medium temperature and changed the color to bronze and has a burn spot. It also has a bronze color layer near the handle.
