I have two 450s - one NC model for using in subways, a non-NC model for use with my PlayStation. They are the best wireless headphones I've used. I think I'm a Sennheiser user for life now. In terms of sound quality, the 350 and 450 should be precisely the same. So if you don't need the option to connect a 3.5mm cable (which the 450 has), the 350 is a very smart buy. Don't overpay for bluetooth, considering it can't carry lossless audio. But Bluetooth 5 does allow for impressive battery life.

RindieNot according to what I’ve seen on Sennheiser’s website. You got to upgrade to the HD450’s for that capability.
