I hope it happens soon, I don't think it should be skipped hard to find a pair at 200 let alone 250, unless its a shady source. There have been a pretty good amount request it so hopefully it will happen soon.

Hope they skip this drop you could grab these second hand and on sale new for $200 easy. Legendary headphones? yes, still worth the price tag? Debatable, better preforming headphones? Yes.

Yeah not to long ago I passed on it as at the time I also had to pay my school bill so passed if you use the search bar for hd700 you can find the product page and request them to drop it again if interested. No commitment so if it takes a year for it to drop you'll only get am email not a charge to your credit card. Cheers

When this drop happens, it would be great if these were made in black, similar in appearance to the HD 660 S, and priced below $200. For a little more $, an upgraded quality cable would be a definite bonus. Along with these changes, adding a quality balanced cable would make for the perfect HD 600 package.
