Featuring his signature rustic, earthy aesthetic, Serge Panchenko’s Bean 2 is outfitted with a nearly 2-inch blade made from stonewashed CPM-154 stainless steel. The blade is deployed using the thumb hole, which creates a smooth rotating motion. Maybe the most unique feature of the compact folder is its detent ball system. The detent ball and stop pin work together to keep the blade from rotating freely in the open and closed position—no lock is necessary. Rounding out the folder is an anodized titanium handle and pocket clip, and a subtle blue barrel spacer for added flair. As with all of his work, each piece features the authentic “SP” logo and is hand finished with Panchenko’s utmost attention to detail.
