sailcatReviews and opinions I read between the LE vs original version had me thinking that I want the original. I initially came across inputs from people that the bass was a little too much. So I thought I'd take a chance on the original first...and if it landed on massdrop, I'd imagine it would be cheaper than $99 at Guitar Center.
But this past week, I did some more digging...so I ended up taking a chance on these instead.

fumobsI see. Some of the reviews I've seen of the original version complained about a lack of deep bass but I suppose one can have too much of a good thing, too. Good luck with your new buds!

fumobsLet me know what you think of the bass after you burn them in bud! I'm a Basshead and needed to do a small tweak with the originals to be as happy as I am but I think the originals are great. I want the 846's but wanted to get a taste for how Shure does their thing on the low end first while I save for them. I'm impressed so far to say the least.
